The adapter then comes out with an RCA male that can then be plugged into an RCA connector on an audio video product. The 2 typical uses are for a sub woofer cable and a CCTV cable. For the sub woofer cable take an old CATV patch cable and put this on both ends and you now have a speaker cable for a sub woofer.
