Tired of voice prompts and on hold music? If so, try CCT. We are located in Dayton, Ohio in the heart of the Midwest. We don't have an answering service. We do speak English and we are proud of it. We have on hold music, but we would much rather get your information and get back with you than make you listen to bad 80's music. We strive to offer you the service you deserve. So what does this mean? It means if you need to return a cable you bought from us and it has not been abused (i.e. kids played jump rope with it, fork lift ran over it, etc.) you can return it for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days. If it is longer than 30 days we will gladly replace the cable. No restocking fees, no hassles. Sorry we won't pay for return freight. The big box store doesn't compensate you for your time and gas and we can't compensate you the freight to return something.
